Far East Broadcasting is an Interdenominational International Christian Shortwave Broadcasting organization, and we are missionaries with this organization.
Owen’s primary task is to maintain the 4 towers and antennas. These towers are 85 meters in height. There are 3 antennas. He is also responsible for mechanical, electrical, and electronic repairs and maintenance to our support equipment. With the upcoming retirement of our friend Dean, Owen has inherited more transmitter related work.

Irene is responsible for the incoming programs in the Mandarin, Russian, and Indonesian languages, and schedules them for the daily broadcasts.  We have three 100KW transmitters, and at present we are on the air for 12 1/2 broadcast hrs/day. Radio Station, KFBS, broadcasts in 17 languages, with Christian programming to Russia, China, and Indonesia.
